Interior door components

These profiles allow you to produce a large number of door styles, for all styles, from the simplest to the more elaborate.
It is also possible to personalise the panels or glass. The materials used can be: MDF, Plywood, MDF with Plywood as far as the decorative we can use from paper to veneer.
The profiles can be supplied in length or prepared for final assembly.

DOOR FRAME - Standard Doors

Characteristics

- Radius: 2 - 14 - 50 - 65 mm
- Thickness: 38 - 39 - 40 mm
- Width from to: vary from 72 to 140 mm
- Slamming stile: from 32-48 mm and from the clients specifications
- Supplied also as Kits

DOOR FRAME - Widenings

Pass through door frames:

- Radius: 2 mm
- Thickness: 16 - 39 mm
- Width: 80 - 110 - 220 mm

DOOR FRAME - Sliding

La Venus also produces elements for the sliding door cases, and they can be supplied as single parts or as a kit.

- Widths are: 92 - 107 - 125 - 145 mm
- The material used is MDF

COVER PROFILES

The cover profiles we produce can be flat or curved, simple or with telescopic facing.

- Radius:: 2 - 14 - 50 - 65 mm
- Thickness: from 8 to 18 mm
- Width: vary from 65 to 80 mm
- Covered in: paper, CPL, PVC, veneer.

KIT Standard doors

The slaming stile KIT slaming stile is composed as follows:

- Right door frame and cross rail, finished edge at 45 degrees, perforated and ready to be assembled.
- Hinge, slock slot and gasket
- Cover profiles in lengths
- Hardware

KIT sliding doors

For the sliding doors we have composed a KIT, where further to the various components you can also find the gaskets and the weatherstrip.
